The Sacred in the Ordinary
What changes when we begin paying closer attention to the life already unfolding around us?
The Sacred in the Ordinary is a five-week closed group devoted to discovering the quiet beauty, meaning, and wonder woven into everyday experience. Through mindfulness, creative exploration, gentle ritual, and shared reflection, participants will practice slowing down enough to notice the moments that are easily overlooked: shifting light, familiar routines, sensory pleasures, small connections, and fleeting experiences of gratitude or awe.
Rather than adding another obligation to daily life, this group invites participants to develop a mindfulness practice that feels personal, sustainable, and naturally connected to how they already live. Each gathering will offer space to reflect, create, and experiment with practices that can continue long after the group concludes.
No previous mindfulness or art experience is needed—only curiosity and a willingness to notice.

The Art of Letting Grow
Parenting a young child is filled with endings that can be difficult to name. A favorite word is suddenly pronounced correctly. A small hand no longer reaches for yours in quite the same way. Clothes are outgrown, routines change, and a child gradually steps into a larger world. These changes can bring pride and delight alongside an unexpected sense of grief.
The Art of Letting Grow is a five week closed creative group for parents and caregivers of preschool- and kindergarten-aged children. Together, we will make space for the bittersweet experience of watching our children grow while honoring the people—and parents—we have been during these early years.
Participants will create meaningful objects and keepsakes that preserve memories, celebrate developmental milestones, and give form to experiences that can otherwise pass too quickly. Conversation and reflection will accompany the creative process, offering room for tenderness, humor, pride, loss, and connection with other caregivers navigating a similar season.
No previous art experience is necessary. The emphasis is on meaning, memory, and the process of making—not artistic skill.

The Shape Love Takes
When someone we love dies, the relationship does not simply disappear. It changes. Grief often asks us to discover how to remain connected to someone who is no longer physically present while continuing to participate in the life still before us.
The Shape Love Takes is a small, closed grief group for people interested in exploring the evolving nature of their connection with someone who has died. Through conversation, creative expression, remembrance, and reflective practices, participants will have opportunities to honor the relationship as it was, attend to what remains, and consider how it may continue to take new forms over time.
This group does not ask participants to “move on,” find closure, or let go of the person they love. Instead, it offers a compassionate space to make meaning, carry memory, and develop an ongoing relationship that can hold both love and loss.
Because of the reflective nature of the group, participants must be at least six months beyond the death. A brief conversation before enrollment will help determine whether the timing and format feel supportive.
